About the Position:

In partnership with our leading spa client, WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Day Spa Manager for a full-time, permanent opportunity commencing within our client's Sunshine Coast office, holding a Monday to Friday roster, with some Saturday shifts. This position will be direct with the client.

Responsibilities will Include:

• Stock Management, Rostering,Reporting,Marketing and operational tasks.

• Leadership of staff and day to day management.

• Management ofExpenses and Labour Costs.

• Coordination of guests and staff.

Requirements of the Role:

• Diploma or Equivalent (Beauty Therapy)

• Self Motivated

• Prior Team Leadership experience

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated and passionate team.

• Flexible approach to working hours and some weekend work will be required.
