About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join our client at Cosmic Boy Forrestania, Nickel mine for a 12 month duration. This role will be FIFO on an 8:6 day shift roster, no shift work.
Reporting to the Project Manager, your overall responsibility is to provide onsite leadership coordination and oversite of the onsite workforce including 3 crews of 6 operators, 3 crews of maintenance personnel, efficiently, and effectively meeting client, HSE, quality, time, budget, and contractual requirements.
Skills and Experience
Schedule 26 Statutory Appointment OR Section 44 with the willingness to transfer to Schedule 26 before April 2025
Previous Supervision experience of a large team
Experience in Bulk Earthworks or Operations
Confidence in giving the team instructions
