About the Role:

We have a great opportunity for a technically minded Asset Management Engineer with experience in either Reliability Engineering, Operational Readiness, Project Engineer, Asset Management, Asset Planning, or any Subject Matter Experts, interested in helping clients by delivering exceptional value through their experience and expertise. The Asset Management Engineer will provide technical expertise in developing classes and asset type strategies, be able to converse at all levels within a business, has curiosity to learn more and is able to confidently facilitate or conduct workshops with client Subject Matter Expert or Professionals.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Have previously worked in site or understand the assets/equipment operations and maintenance requirements

• Experience in development, workshop facilitations with client stakeholders and implementation of RCM, FMECA and/or RAM Analysis outcomes.

• Understanding the process and Risk of Management or have previously conducted any form of Risk Assessment

• Experience in using Asset Strategies Databases or tools

• Experience in using CMMS system and understand the basics of Asset Hierarchies, Material Management, Asset Planning, Scheduling, and the Execution within the CMMS.

• Development and implementation of high-quality equipment operating and maintenance work instructions, operators training manuals and procedures and isolation procedures.

• Understanding of change management requirements

• Basic understanding of Asset Management System ISO-5500 x Series

Skills and Experience:

• Engineering degree

• Previous experience in RCM analysis

• RCM (reliability centred management) for 2-5 years
