About the Role

WorkPac is currently looking for an experienced Field Assistant for an ongoing FIFO position. This role is 15 days on, 6 days off with all travel time included in work time and fully paid. Candidates will be required to work in remote exploration locations and successful candidates must have experience working around RC drill rigs, refuelling of generators, doing sample collection and assisting with mobilisation and de-mobilisation of small caravan-based camps. Must be able to work in small teams, show initiative and good problem-solving skills.

Skills & Experience Required

• 3+ years FIFO Senior Field Assistant or Drillers off-sider experience

• Current Manual C Class Drivers Licence

• Able to complete pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.

• Must have experience in Diamond Drilling, Marking, Orientation, Coresaw, Photo & Density
