About the Role:

A great opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to join our clients Perth office as a Fire Systems Testing. In this role you will be supervising a team of both mechanical and electrical system testers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules, equipment, and information.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service communications.

• Coordinate daily tasks.

• Provide administrative support to the teams as needed.

• Facilitate communication between team members.

• Produce reports as needed

• Experience in Excel

• Experience in pronto desired

• Temp to perm opportunity

Skills & Experience Required:

• A strong focus on safety

• Effective written and verbal communication skills along with great customer service

• Strong focus on quality and client satisfaction

• An ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines

• Good computer skills, including the ability to use Pronto and Microsoft products

• Good personal presentation

• A current Drivers license

• Rights to work in Australia
