Our national client is a leader in the industrial manufacturing sector and is currently seeking experienced Overhead Gantry Crane / Machine Operators to join their growing business.

This role will be on a temp/casual basis with the option to transition to a permanent salary based role with our client after a period of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

??? Conduct prestart checks on all plant and equipment

??? Pick & assessable associated building accessories

??? Load building & assembly

??? Loading & unloading vehicles of mesh, coils & accessories by forklift or overhead crane

??? Use loading PC & RF Scanners

The successful applicants require:

??? Holds a current QLD High Risk Forklift License and has experience is operating a large forklift.

??? Minimum two (2) years??? experience in overhead crane / gantry operation or equivalent high-risk work license

* Experience in steel or heavy manufacturing environment

??? Complies, under stand???s and follows WH&S obligations in the workplace.

??? High level of self-motivation & ownership
