Our client works in the renewable sector, completing end to end construction from piling to solar panel installation.

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for an ongoing position. FIFO from NSW to Queensland for a 3-month solar farm project, followed by a regional NSW solar farm project. DIDO and FIFO options considered with travel allowances included. 3:1 roster or 6 days on, 1 day off.

Duties include (but not limited to)

• Providing WHS support, including providing advice and compliance information to construction personnel

• Internal workplace training processes, including competency assessments

• Maintain site safety statistics, identifying safety risks to be investigated with the correct policies and procedures

• Promote and encourage HSE awareness

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience working within HSE

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Health and Safety or similar

• Certificate IV Training and Assessment (preferred)

• Knowledge across OH&S and environmental legislation

• Attention to detail and self-motivator

• Right to work in Australia
