About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking expressions of interest for experienced HSE advisors and HSE Consultants for our client based in Perth.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Provide necessary support to ensure that all design, procurement, construction, and installation activities carried out by Saipem are conducted in strict accordance with the Client HSE

• Understanding legal and other requirements related to health safety and Environment

• Hazard identification

• Evaluation of health and human factors, methods for exposure monitoring and assessment of occupational health and safety and environmental risks, human behaviour, person-to-person, and person-to-machine interactions.

• Conducting risk assessments

• Monitor effective applications of incident investigations and evaluations and methods for monitoring and reporting HSE-related performance Review of Safety in Design

• The position requires facilitation of the development of the safety, environment and regulatory management system and legal obligations and compliance registers, pre-qualification and onboarding of contractors and engagement with contractors work activities.

• Extensive stakeholder engagement will be a key aspect of this role and will include engagement with Regulators, Client representatives, the project management team and subcontractors.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Tertiary Qualification in HSE or equivalent.

• Understanding legal and other requirements related to health safety and Environment

• Deep knowledge of HSE standards

• IT proficiency

• Good communication skills

• Must have working rights in Australia
