About the Position:

WorkPac are currently looking for skilled HSE Advisors to become part of our client's on-site team. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a large lithium construction project in the South-West region of WA. This position is available on a 3:1 DIDO roster, accommodation and meals provided.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Maintaining safety education and awareness levels that support effective Safety management

• Conducting site induction training

• Providing assistance to supervision and workers in risk identification and job hazard analysis;

• Reporting all safety non-compliance to the Site Operations Manager

• Facilitating the Site Safety Committee (and agenda), toolbox meeting topics and involvement of Safety and Health Representatives

• Maintaining and reporting safety performance statistics

• Identifying needs for safety training and coordinating sessions/courses for site personnel

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience within a similar role in the industrial / construction environment

• Certificate IV Occupational Health and Safety

• Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment desirable

• Ability to manage and coordinate project teams accordingly, ensuring safe delivery of product in compliance with client and Company specifications
