About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor on behalf of our Client. The role will operate on an 8/6 FIFO roster for a 6-month duration with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be involved with HSE activities, including compliance and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Support the development and review of maintenance related safety procedures and work instructions

• Monitor and analyse records of safety performance and incidents in the business via INX and Power BI databases and highlight areas of concern or areas of improvement.

• Assist to produce statistical reports for Managers and the leadership team.

• Provide assistance and support during incident investigations.

• Commitment to promoting a safe and proactive safety culture.

• Providing advice and support with implementation of legislated health and safety requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety

• Relevant industry experience beneficial

• Current C Class Manual Driver's License

• Experience with Prospect Reporting tools

• Proficient with MS Suite and PowerBI
