About the Role
In partnership with our leading global Oil & Gas client, WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced HSE Trainer based within West Perth for a full time, fixed term contract for their upcoming SCA project.
Responsibilities will Include:
Reporting to the HSE Manager, duties will include however will not be limited to;
Ensure training documentation for all personnel is filed and maintained;
Assist with developing, maintaining and monitoring safety systems and safety culture on site.
Prepare and deliver safety programs, training courses and programs including assessment documentation
Develop training packages to develop employee competencies and areas for development
Standardize the HSE training course catalog and define and develop tools and methodology to monitor effectiveness of delivery
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications, experience and qualities;
Demonstrated Work Experience as a HSE T
