About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced HSE Advisors for a permanent ongoing position , FIFO on a 2:1 roster.

What you will be doing:

• Ensures that HSEQ Management Plan and procedures compliance is met

• Responsible for conducting weekly audits, Inspections and Observations

• Monitor developments and changes in legislation and HSEQ management and recommend appropriate changes to policy, plans and procedures based on that information

• Advise the project on HSEQ requirements

• Conduct onsite inductions for employees and sub-contractors

• Attends/ facilitates the weekly Toolbox Meeting and Clients scheduled HSEQ meetings

• Provide first aid assistance as required

• Maintain First aid, PPE and other HSEQ stock levels and issuing on sites

• Participates and ensures that the site work force conduct Behavior Observation on a regular basis

• Liaison with Client safety personnel regarding HSEQ issues

What you will be need:

• White or Blue Card Machine Operators tickets (Skid steer, Loader, Excavator etc.)

• Police Clearance ICAM (or equivalent) Investigator

• Minimum Cert IV OHS Internal auditor, QMS / OHSMS

• Current WA drivers license class HR or C Dogging and rigging

• Certificate IV Training and Assessing Certificate IV Frontline Management

• Senior First Aid
