About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking Specialist for Indigenous Economic Development within Perth for an immediate start.This position will hold a Monday to Friday rosterwith site travelfor an ongoing duration withcompetitive rates available for the successful applicant.
Key Responsibilities will include
Managing the capability and development needs of PABs, ensuring they receive adequate support to achieve their goals
Working directly with PABs to assist in supplier maturity
Assisting the business with business-related PAB issues, where possible and escalating to the Indigenous Business Development Lead, as required
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in developing businesses in an advisory capacity
Experience working with Traditional Owners, other Aboriginal people, communities and businesses and other industry stakeholders in a relationship management or community engagement capacity
