About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking a for our client an International & Veterans Recruitment Advisor. This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, located in Henderson.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to attract international candidates and veterans, aligning with organizational goals and diversity initiatives.

  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective candidates through personalized communication, providing information about opportunities, benefits, and organizational culture.

  • Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to proactively source and engage international candidates and veterans.

  • Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screening of candidates, assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational values.

  • Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering assistance with visa sponsorship, relocation, and transition services as needed.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, prioritize open positions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies governing international recruitment, maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the recruitment process.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on international recruitment and/or veteran affairs.

  • Demonstrated understanding of immigration regulations, visa processes, and international relocation procedures.

  • Knowledge of military culture, veteran transition programs, and support services for veterans preferred.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse team
