About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a for our client an International & Veterans Recruitment Advisor. This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, located in Henderson.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to attract international candidates and veterans, aligning with organizational goals and diversity initiatives.
Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective candidates through personalized communication, providing information about opportunities, benefits, and organizational culture.
Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to proactively source and engage international candidates and veterans.
Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screening of candidates, assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational values.
Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering assistance with visa sponsorship, relocation, and transition services as needed.
Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, prioritize open positions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies governing international recruitment, maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the recruitment process.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on international recruitment and/or veteran affairs.
Demonstrated understanding of immigration regulations, visa processes, and international relocation procedures.
Knowledge of military culture, veteran transition programs, and support services for veterans preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse team
