Duties and responsibilities
Accurate concrete batching of orders
Batching of the correct concrete mix and allocating trucks.
General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance, along with the safe operation of a front end loader
Liaising with customers
Skills and experience
HR drivers' licence
Experience to operate front end loader
Experience to operate batch plant
Great communication skills
Understanding and adherence to safety regulations
Fit and healthy
Willingness to learn and work in a team
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience however, training will be provided for the right candidate
A strong commitment to safety and the environment along with a superior customer focus
