Join forces with a distinguished Civil Construction business at the forefront of the industry, overseeing the main highway upgrade project in Cunninghams Gap. With an expanding portfolio of civil projects, they're on the lookout for a Leading Hand to bolster their civil crews.

About the Role

As a pivotal member of the team, you will assume a leadership role, overseeing and directing a work crew to ensure project demands are met efficiently. This multifaceted position involves coordinating crew members with diverse skill sets across various tasks throughout the day, all while operating under minimal supervision.

The Leading Hand will provide guidance, support, and assistance to the work crew while collaborating closely with the Site Supervisor.

Requirements

• Driver's Licence + reliable transport

• Construction White Card

• RII Tickets -Roller, Excavator, Posi Track (highly desirable)

• Supervisory Certifications (highly desirable)

• Previous Leading Hand experience
