About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Learning & Development Advisor for contract FIFO role on a 8/6 roster. The role will be for a duration of 12 months with the potential of extension. This role is a great opportunity to develop your strong learning and project management skills whilst engaging a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Superintendent L&D, you will be:

Planning, coordinating and facilitating annual Manager LNA workshops through understanding the wider business context, influencing and stakeholder engagement.

Executing Superintendent 90 day capability development reviews, providing insights and analytics.

Providing analytical input on OJT development load and OJT ratios to the annual workforce planning process for Managers.

Engaging new Supervisors, Superintendents, Managers and GMs on the purpose of the L&D model, L&D framework (LMF), L&D systems and L&D priority deliverables.

Partnering with the business to understand its strategic plans/priorities and guide the Assets through the efficient navigation of the LMF.

Identifying opportunities for development and rationalisation of systems and the adoption of a common / consistent approach to learning.

Capability to manage projects that meet the needs of the business.

Good understanding of application of adult learning principals, willingness to be open to changing learning and development techniques including the use of technology.

Well-honed investigative skills with the ability to coach, engage and influence at all levels.

Business acumen, experience in data analysis and providing insights with a strong attention to detail.
