• $64.33 per hour flat rate

• 12 hour days

About the Role

WorkPac are seeking a suitably experienced and motivated Loco Electrician to join our Clients team on a casual basis in the Sarina area..!

You will be a part of a high performing team, as a Locomotive Electrician at the Jilalan Maintenance Facility with opportunities for personal development and growth.

As an experienced Electrician, you can be from any background as long as you are reliable, safety conscious, punctual and physically fit.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Electrical Refurbishment and Maintenance on Locomotives

• Ensure all work is performed in accordance to supplied engineering guidelines and criteria

• Demonstrate adherence to planned work schedules relating to the asset rebuild, the overhaul program and the required quality output

• Participate in and contribute to a diverse workplace culture, creating an inclusive environment for a continued high performance team

Skills and Experience

• Electrical Trade - Certificate III in Electrotechnology

• Substantial & demonstrated skills in working in a collaborative, highly skilled work environment

• Sound level of skills in oral, written and interpersonal communication

• Other trade related tickets will be advantageous
