What You Will Be Doing

• To carry out mechanical repairs to valves, actuators and other flow control equipment

• To test Manual and Control/ Automated valves and pump equipment within the workshop.

• To have good understanding of maintenance procedures and repairing of mechanical and automated valving.

• SAP knowledge

• Flexible proactive attitude to work.

• Work from drawings, quality plans, special instruction documents and work instructions to determine the correct assembly procedure.

• Setup and operate equipment in manufacture and assembly processes of both new and used proprietary product. This includes all aspects of the assembly area, blasting, grinding, painting

• Working Monday- Friday ongoing, temp to perm 6.30am- 3.30pm with OT

• averaging a 50 hour week

What You Need

• Trade Certificate or equivalent

• 2yrs experience in the mechanical repair and refurbishment of flow control equipment

• Forklift ticket

• First Aid Certificate (desirable but not essential)

• Drivers license

• Ability to pass a full PEM & DAS
