What You Will Be Doing

• The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising contract maintenance trades personnel (HD Mechanic, Auto Electrician) as well as coordinating and managing all maintenance activities. This position plays a crucial role in guaranteeing the smooth operation of earthmoving equipment and promoting a strong safety culture within the team. Please note, this role is a hands on role, performing breakdown repairs as required on a day to day basis, and assisting with planned repairs where required.

• A Company vehicle is provided with this position.

• Roster Available: Monday to Friday dayshift only. Potential to transition to 8:6 dayshift Role Orange Grove. 6am starts min 7.6hrs/day, overtime available

What You Will Need

• Trade Qualified

• Manual Driver licence

• NPC

• Extensive experience in a similar role, effectively leading a team in a mining environment

• Knowledge of relevant mining related legislation (Schedule 26)

• Demonstrable leadership, communication and people management skills

• Be highly experienced across all areas in the comprehensive maintenance of mobile equipment, including breakdowns, diagnostics and repairs.

• Possess a sound understanding of maintenance practices and procedures, with the ability to enforce them, as well as a sound knowledge of equipment safety legislation.

• Strong computer skills and literacy, with experience using Maximo or a similar system highly desirable.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build successful and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
