They prides themselves on supporting their clients from concept right through to completion and work across a range of sectors including officers, medical, retail, fitness and hospitality.

About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced State Manager based in Perth. This is a full time permanent position working around a 40 hour week.

This position would suit an experienced Manager with area, regional or state experience within a construction or internal fit out capacity. The role will cover all aspects of business development, sales, planning, contractor management and developing customer and stakeholder relationships across the state.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enhance commercial interest and develop company growth whilst maintaining financial stability including achieving net revenue targets

• Financial reporting to senior management

• Manage contractors and staff to ensure projects are completed on time, to a high standard and safely

• Assist with managing HR issues including onboarding and termination

• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships

• Assist estimating with new contractors, suppliers and pricing where necessary

Skills and Experience:

• Prior management experience in a similar role with a contractor license

• Current "C" Class Driver's License and Own Transport

• Ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen

• Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
