About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking Excavator and Shovel Operators for ongoing roles in the Middlemount area. An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential. It is imperative that you possess the ability and aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Safe operation of all machinery

• Working rotating rosters

• Prestart checks of machines

• Meet production targets

Skills & Responsibilities

• Site authorised skills lists (signed by SSE)

• Dump Truck: CAT 777 or Komatsu 730 Dump Truck (as a minimum)

• Excavator/Shovel experience: 2500/5500 Excavators, RH340 Excavator or 4100 Shovel

• Standard 11 Induction

• Coal Board Medical

• Valid Driver???s Licence

• Proof of Right to Work in Australia

• Applicants must be able to provide a clear drug and alcohol test
