About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator for our client, Australia and New Zealandâs leading provider of integrated infrastructure services. The Mobilisation coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a current labour pool to achieve the mobilisation of shutdown & project personnel to various work sites. This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, located in Port Hedland. Ongoing permanent opportunities available for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use Workflow system to book employees BHP site flights

• Maintain a rostering system (CRU) that track employees availability and work allocations

• Booking of interstate flight connections through AMEX system

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the correct labour allocations are provided on requested dates

• Liaise with Compliance Officer to ensure employees sent to work have site access and all relevant tickets/qualifications

• Consistent communication with labour pool to answer queries and assess upcoming availability for work

• Overseeing flight bookings, employee contact and site compliance

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a site/project administration role

• Previously mobilisation experience is an advantage

• Previous ERMS system knowledge is an advantage

• Open C Class Drivers Licence â mandatory

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously and deliver in a stand-alone role

• Good written, verbal, interpersonal, and organisational skills

• Knowledge of Excel and MS Office including Outlook in an absolute must
