About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator for our client, Australia and New Zealandâs leading provider of integrated infrastructure services. The Mobilisation coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a current labour pool to achieve the mobilisation of shutdown & project personnel to various work sites. This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, located in Port Hedland. Ongoing permanent opportunities available for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Use Workflow system to book employees BHP site flights
Maintain a rostering system (CRU) that track employees availability and work allocations
Booking of interstate flight connections through AMEX system
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the correct labour allocations are provided on requested dates
Liaise with Compliance Officer to ensure employees sent to work have site access and all relevant tickets/qualifications
Consistent communication with labour pool to answer queries and assess upcoming availability for work
Overseeing flight bookings, employee contact and site compliance
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a site/project administration role
Previously mobilisation experience is an advantage
Previous ERMS system knowledge is an advantage
Open C Class Drivers Licence â mandatory
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and deliver in a stand-alone role
Good written, verbal, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Knowledge of Excel and MS Office including Outlook in an absolute must
