About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Operator as well as Dump Truck Operators to commence at a mine around the Bowen Basin area. The successful candidate will be passed out on CAT 789 or 797 Dump Trucks, D10 and/or 11 as well as either Digger operators. The successful candidate will also work a roster of 7/7 (straight days and nights). FIFO option paid from Brisbane or Cairns, or DIDO from local surrounding areas.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operation of CAT 793 or CAT 797 Dump Truck

• Operation of D10 and/or D11s Dozers

• Operation of CAT 6040 or Hitachi 5600 Excavators

• Completion of Risk Assessments

• Complete Pre-start checks on machinery

• 12.5 Hour Shifts

• Ability to work 7/7 roster

• Follow Company as well as Site Procedures & Policies to a safe standard.

Skills & Experience

• SSE Signed Training Transcript (for above equipment)

• Minimum of 12 months mine experience

• Coal Board Medical - Conducted within 2 years

• Current Drivers Licence

• BMA Core or Standard 11

• Right to work within Australia
