ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Peabody is a leading coal producer, providing essential products for the production of affordable, reliable energy and steel. Their commitment to sustainability underpins everything they do while also shaping their future strategy.  Coppabella Mine is located only 140km southwest of Mackay and is a Surface Mine utilizing a Dragline, Dozer and Truck & Shovel method.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Working at Coppabella or Moorvale Coal Mine

• You will be working a 7/7 Roster, 12.5hr days, Rotating D/S and N/S

• Dump Trucks: Operating Liebherr T22+ Terex MT-4400 + CAT 789, 793

• Multi Skilled: Requires 3 skills for multi skilled (truck + 2 others)

• Trucks Liebherr T22+ Terex MT-4400 + CAT 789, 793

• Dozers CAT D10, D11

• Graders CAT 16, 24

• Loaders CAT 993, 994

• Roles are available for Residential and DIDO candidates only there is no BIBO

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Previous mining experience of a minimum of 1 year or 2 years minimum for mechanical truck operators

• You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 within the last 5 years or be willing to attain this.

• Skills list/training transcript/V.O.C/RII

• Current drivers license & right to work in Australia

• New to Industry candidates need not apply
