New to Industry Operator

Are you a civil or quarry operator looking to break into the mining industry

We are currently seeking multiple Operators to commence in the New Year at a local open-cut coal mine in the Mudgee region.

What you will be doing:

Undertake training to competently operate Dump Trucks in an Open Cut Coal Mining Environment. You will join the production crew in 2023 and enjoy a 5/4 Lifestyle roster. After about the 6 month mark you will transition into an Experienced Operator role and be rewarded with a higher pay rate and bonus' at the 6 and 12 month mark.

What you will need:

• Minimum of 12 months experience operating mobile plant within a Civil or Quarry environment (highway upgrades, subdivisions, bridges, council works etc)

• Current Drivers Licence (manual)

• Ability to undertake an Order 43 Medical and Drug & Alcohol screening

Role benefits:

• Residential role - 50km from Mudgee

• $45 per hour Casual

• Lifestyle 5:4 Roster (Day/Night)

• 12.5hr shifts

• 6-month site based training then the opportunity to move into an Experienced Operator role ($57 per hour plus 6 & 12-month bonus)
