About Our Client

With 20 years experience in plastics and fabrication, our client offers extensive knowledge and expert technical advice within their industry. Offering custom design manufacturing they work with retail, wholesale, engineering, industrial, shop fitting, signage, lighting, mining and agricultural companies.

They are currently seeking an Office All Rounder to join their team in a Permanent Part Time position based in Acacia Ridge.

About The Role

As an Office All Rounder you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 2:30pm. This position isn't your typical office-based role, you will be responsible for adhoc duties such as;

  • Answering phones

  • Attending to emails

  • Getting groceries and supplies for the office/workshop

  • Completing banking

  • Cleaning amenities

  • Assisting the director (EA)

  • Payroll and invoicing (this will be taught)

What You Will Need

  • Previous admin experience (ideally in a manufacturing or blue collar environment)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Adequate computer skills

  • Previous MYOB experience

  • Ability to mingle and get along with a dynamic team

  • Driver's licence + reliable transport
