Operations Assistant required for the following :
On tools, on the job training is given and they are taught tips and tricks with the gurney (high pressure washer). Can always ask for help and lots of support around. Questions are encouraged.
Ideal skillset
- Some automotive experience and general knowledge of vehicle parts and structure. No mechanical experience required.
- Essential is their ability to prioritise effectively.
- Attention to detail when cleaning to deliver a good driver experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to action minor asset repairs (Tyres, Light bulbs, Mudflaps etc.)
- Willingness to assist and support in all branch activities.
Excellent if they have general interest in their own vehicles maintenance and cleaning.
HR license is preferred but not essential.
What do they do on a day-to-day basis?
- Cleaning vehicles (majority of the day)
- Pick up and drop off vehicle form repairer
- Helping around the workshop
- Changing a tyre (rare)
- Reporting broken vehicle parts (headlight, dints in panels etc.)
