About The Role:

WorkPac is thrilled to share this exciting new opportunity. We are looking for a parts interpreter for a well established global manufacturer. As a parts interpreter you will work on a Monday to Friday schedule determining customer requirements and advice on product range, price, delivery warranties and product use and care, whilst taking care of sale orders.

What You Will Need:

Are you our Parts Interpreter superstar?

- Parts Interpreter Forklifts

- Spare parts experience is desirable however an understanding of mechanical parts would also be sufficient to succeed.

- Excellent customer service skills and a professional phone manner

- Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new skills systems..

- Current Drivers Licence

- The ability to prioritize tasks and be a team player.

- Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
