About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant for our local client in Narangba. This position offers a 3 day week working school hours. The role is for an initial 6 month duration with potential for extension for the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Updating weekly Cashflow spreadsheet in Excel

• Processing fortnightly payroll - BundyPlus Live/ Access WageEasy (Training will be provided)

• Raising Purchase Orders

• Accounts Payable including entry of invoices (Syspro/ MYOB, Training will be provided)

• Payment of supplier invoices

• Assist the General Manager as required

• Assist with general & accounts administration including filing and end of year archiving

Skills and Experience:

• Previous payroll experience

• Experience using Excel
