About Our Client:

With a strong commitment to safety, this Mining Contractor is building their crews across both South Walker Creek and Bluff and are inviting experienced, well-rounded operators to join some of the lowest turnover crews on central QLD sites.

South Walker Creek Site Working at one of the closest, local mines to Mackay, BIBO is available with camp situated at Coppabella with a short 20-minute bus to site each morning.

Bluff Site- Located in the Blackwater region, DIDO is available from Rockhampton, Gladstone, Moranbah, Dysart and Middlemount with camp situated on site.

What Will You Be Doing

In this role you will become a part of a thriving mine site located in the Bowen Basin region as a Dump Truck, Multiskilled or Excavator Operator. You will be operating any of the below machinery with a minimum of 2 years experience. You will be working a 7/7 Roster within a motivated and diverse crew.

Machinery On Site:

• Hitachi 3600, 5600

• CAT789, Komatsu 830E

• D10, D11 Dozers

• Graders 16, 24

• Water Carts 777, 785

• Loaders WA 1200, CAT 960

What You Will Need:

• Previous mining experience operating (minimum 2 years)

• Hold a current or be willing to obtain a Standard 11

• Coal Board Medical within last 2 years and the ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment prior to commencement

• SSE signed skills list or RIIs, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
