About the RoleÂ
Our Client is looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team at the Olive Downs site to deliver a high standard for tasks involved in Procurement eg generating purchase orders, receipting, invoice reconciliation and general day-to-day office duties. This role will suit applicants residing around the Moranbah region, as there is no camp provided.
Skills & ResponsibilitiesÂ
â¢ Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essentialÂ
â¢ Must have Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical, or be willing to obtain
â¢ Ability to work autonomously and as part of a Team
â¢ Reliable and have a good attitude to work
