About our client
Whitehaven Coal is Australia's largest independent coal producer and the leading coal producer in North West New South Wales.
About the role
As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client's production requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the production superintendent, you will operate mobile plant equipment in a Production Operator role. You will also require to:
* Have at least 12 months demonstrated experience operating CAT 789 or KOM 830E Dump Trucks or higher, within a coal mine.
* Additional skills such as Grader, Dozer, Water Cart are advantageous
* Work 12.5 hour, rotating day and night shifts on a lifestyle roster.
* Follow all mine site rules and regulations while contributing to the production KPIs.

Skills & Experience
* Verification of Competencies to validate previous operating experience essential
* Proven track record of operating safely
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Willingness to undertake a Police clearance and CMI check
* Ability to complete a Pre Employment Medical
