About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Program Organisational Change Lead to join the team at Rio Tinto based in Perth. This role will be working a Monday to Friday roster, Perth based for a 12 month duration with potential to extend.

The Change Lead is a critical leadership role within the program, leading the organisational change management workstream to plan, develop and execute all required change and communications processes to successfully prepare and embed the new product services within the business, through an agile delivery model.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Change Lead supports the Product team to prepare and manage the required organisational changes to launch and embed product releases.

Ensure the organisational changes are planned, executed, and communicated effectively to minimise business disruption and the desired product outcomes are achieved.

  • Working with the Product Manager and Owner, develop a clear change management strategy that outlines the goals, scope and approach of the planned changes to launch and embed product releases within the business.

  • Define a change management strategy and plans aligned to the agile product release and continuous improvement approach that will maximise stakeholder adoption of the product releases.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with proven experience in leading and delivering organisational change on at least 2 similar complex enterprise-wide programs.

  • Experience managing organisational change delivered through Agile approaches.

  • Experience in leading complex technology enabled Organisational Change.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex organisational change initiatives using recognised methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotters 8-Step process.

  • Extensive experience building relationships, influencing and coaching, ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across a broadrange of stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Ability to lead and inspire a team in a collaborative environment, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to achieve the program goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically, translating complexity to develop practical, integrated, and sustainable change strategies and plans.
