About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experience Project Engineer, this position is part of the Process Engineering & Major Hazards division, specifically working in the Major Hazards (MH) team. Reporting to Principal Process Excellence Office. The role is Perth based, Monday to Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support strategy development and conduct analytical work/research prep, including administration, coordination, and document management

• Support Major Hazards team to operationalise standards

• Ensure visibility & integration of strategic programs including reporting / risk assurance updates, communications

• Design & continuously improve the Delivery Plan process & governance model

• Support Managers to develop department strategic plans through workshop facilitation & coaching

• Coordinate risk & assurance forums, major hazards forums, quarterly leadership meetings and Senior Leadership Teams updates

Skills & Experience:

• Previous consulting experience

• Change Management & Communications background

• Must have an engineering qualification
