About the Role

WorkPac is currently in search of a Project Engineer to join our esteemed client's team, based in Perth. This position is a casual, 12 months ongoing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and commission primary and secondary cutters.

• Refurbish existing conveyors and convert sample towers.

• Supply and commission stretching and reject conveyors.

• Install lab building with essential utilities and equipment.

• Manage cabling and lab equipment connections.

• Ensure safety and compliance with project specifications.

• Coordinate technical approvals and resolve queries.

• Oversee QA/QC processes and manage site operations for successful project completion.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 5+ Years in electrical engineering.

• Minimum 2+ years in Project Engineering.

• Experience with auto sample processing labs is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of functional safety requirements for machinery.

• Proven track record in managing projects from design through to handover.

• Knowledge of QA/QC processes and documentation (QAP's, ITP's, MDR's).

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Australian C Class drivers' licence
