About the Role
We are currently seeking three experienced Project Managers to join Rio Tinto's Gudai-Darri Business Division part of the Digital Transformation Department. Working from Perth Monday to Friday, the successful candidates will travel to site as required (usually 2-3 Days every 3-4 weeks). The expected duration for this assignment is 9 months but may be extended if required.
Experienced in delivering cross-function medium-large projects, encompassing both Business and Technology workstreams, where some key project scopes may be delivered by other Business Units or Vendors.
Needs to be outcomes-driven and strong people skills to achieve goals despite the typical challenges associated with large organisations.
Experience delivering projects in mining organisations is highly desirable, experience in asset health is advantageous but not essential.
