About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Project Lead for piping and dewatering minor projects, responsible for small to medium construction projects. The successful candidate will join Rio Tintos Sustaining Capital - team based in Perth, with site travel as required.
Key Responsibilities will include:
The Project Lead will be responsible for the following:
Lifecycle project Delivery including:
-Management of multiple Sustaining Capital projects across PMO, typically ranging from $2M to $20M.
Manage projects through lifecycle (pre-feasibility study, feasibility study, execution, commissioning, handover, closeout).
Management of, and liaison with, the project team:
-Provide guidance and support to project engineers, site engineers and on-site project advisors
Stakeholder engagement:
-Liaise with internal RTIO clients and stakeholders (maint
