Receptionist

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Receptionist for our Karratha based client. Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Accommodation and Travel coordinating

  • Customer service, face to face and over the phone

  • Mobilisation and onboarding processes for staff

  • Ad-hoc office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and reporting

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in a similar role

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

  • Strong customer service experience

  • MYOB proficiency (preferred)

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Right to work in Australia
