About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team for a 10-month project duration, with the possibility of extension. Based in the vibrant hub of Central Park, Perth, this role offers a stimulating environment with a Monday to Friday roster.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating documentation for internal submission of strategic ground access approvals, including GIS files.

• Tracking and managing Resource Development ground access submissions.

• Developing a Rehab project plan for legacy and current pad construction.

• Liaising with stakeholders on compliance close-out requirements & deferrals.

• Creating, monitoring, and tracking program readiness of rehabilitation scopes.

• Facilitating ownership transfer of permanent infrastructure.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Geographic Information Systems (GIS) experience required

• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills

• FIFO industry would be useful, but not essential

• Project management experience desirable

• Strong analytical skills

• Knowledge of project systems

• Competent with Microsoft Excel

• Rights to work in Australia

• WA Manual Class Driver's License
