Are you an experienced Roller Operator with expertise in Pavement, Gravel, or Asphalt work?

• $36.30 per hour

• Additional travel and meal allowances.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Smooth Drum & Padfoot roller weighing approximately 18-21T.

• Execute roller operations efficiently and effectively in accordance with project requirements.

• Ensure smooth and uniform compaction of surfaces, such as pavement, gravel, or asphalt.

• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe working environment.

• Adhere to project schedules and meet deadlines.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the roller equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating rollers in Pavement, Gravel, or Asphalt projects.

• Valid Verification of Competency (VOC) within the last two years.

• Preferred but not essential: Relevant Roller Operator RII (Registered Training Organization Industry) certification.

• General Construction Safety Induction White card

• Must be able to provide a Police Check issued within the past six months or willing to obtain

• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, starting at 6:45 am and finishing at 5:30 pm.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
