About the Role:

Responsible for planning, implementing and field supervision of exploration programmes on our clients Projects. Ensuring that field staff are properly trained, supervised and assessed in Company procedures and regulatory standards. Management of exploration camps as registered Person In Charge (PIC) and supervision of non-exploration staff conducting fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, motivate, and encourage direct reports, peers and our clients personnel to successfully achieve individual, Departmental and Company objectives.

• Ensure the capability and effectiveness of the team to meet short- and longterm business requirements.

• Support and mentor Team Members to manage priorities, workloads, planning,
