About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor for an immediate start for our client's site based within Werris Creek. This position will hold an 7/4/5/5 roster with 12 hour shifts and has the opportunity for permanency with the client for the right applicant after an initial probationary period.

Responsibilities will Include:

• Ensure the safety & health of all personnel working in & around the operation of the Mine

• Assist other Supervisors in mining practices and standards to facilitate best practise and performance.

• Conduct statutory inspections of the open cut operation

• Work to ensure KPI's are achieved

To succeed in this role, you will have

• Verification of Competencies to validate previous operating experience essential

• Previous Supervisor/ Step Up Experience within a Mining, Resource or Heavy Industrial Environment

• Ability to provide a Police Clearance

• Current C Class Drivers License

• Must be either an Australian Citizen,holder of an Australian permanent residency visa or have full working rights in Australia to be eligible to apply for this position
