Service Manager

About the Position:

In partnership with our client, WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced QLD Service Manager for an full time, permanent opportunity based within East Brisbane.

Within this position you will oversee the day to day operations of their Brisbane branch, leading a team of 4-5 direct reports, ensuring that service and rental targets are achieved and maximising growth opportunities and increase opportunities for products and services.

Key Responsibilities will Include:

  • Provide support to sales, Growth Center, and Business Development teams to increase new opportunities for product and service sales, as well as develop and maximize growth opportunities.

  • At state level, deliver on ANZ's strategic business plans to ensure service, rental, and treatment revenues exceed budgeted targets

  • Maintaining service facilities according to policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Regional and individual service and rental centres profit and loss, revenue and cost budgets, working with FP&A partner to ensure integrity of the results

  • Assist the area sales team in the process of select, configure, price and quote to maintain client as a market leader in the water industry

  • Maintaining rental fleet in a "ready for rental" condition and liase with the rental team to ensure client is positioned to service rental customers in a timely manner

  • Collaborates with sales team, GC, CCO and service managers to identify and promote best practice initiatives across service departments. Ensures policies and procedures are implemented and then adhered to

  • Liaise with the GC, Marketing and Supply Chain departments as required to ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts to meet customer demands and future growth opportunities

Requirements of the Role:

  • Demonstrated 5-6 years experience within a Service Management and/or Similar Position

  • Trade Background with Trade Qualification - Mechanical or Electrical

  • Strong work ethic & commitment to quality

  • Excellent Time management and Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal)

  • Current C Class Driver's License and Own Transport

  • Full Working Rights within Australia
