ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin with with local, DIDO and FIFO opportunities available.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We are seeking an experienced Shot Firer to join our team at Peak Downs. As a Shot Firer, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently executing blasting operations in accordance with company policies and industry regulations. You will be working a 7/7 roster with camp and meals included.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• SSAN License, Shot Firer License, Previous experience in a similar role

• Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 & Drivers License
