About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Specialist Maintenance Improvement to support Rioâs Yandicoogina Asset Management team. FIFO from Perth, 5:2, 4:3 roster. The successful candidate will be focusing on site performance against Rio Tinto Iron Ore procedures and work instructions.

Duties include:

• Use a range of diagnostic tools, interpret site metrics and seek feedback from site personnel

• Use current state assessments (CSAs), support development and implementation of a site improvement plan to address key gaps in quality of site AM processes

• Provide on the job coaching to site and AM&ES personnel to develop greater understanding and capability in AM processes and asset risk to ensure best practice is implemented consistently and sustained across all sites

• Actively pursue, and act as a point of liaison, to improve quality of the siteâs master data (BOM, FLOC, task lists and so on), and quality and productivity of the siteâs AM system use per list of AM process elements

• Engage with AM process and systems leads to provide AM governance at site level

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 yearsâ experience in similar role

• Knowledge of Work Management processes

• Mining experience

• Strong communications skills and stakeholder engagement

• Change Leadership experience

• WA C Class Licence
