About Our Client:

Established in 1994, Our Client has grown to become one of Australia???s leading suppliers of reinforcing steel products and services. Partnered with WorkPac to recruit for experienced Steel processors/Machine operators and pick packers to join their company in various ongoing opportunities.

About the Role:

Our client seeking experienced machine operators to safely operate steel processing plant & equipment (Off coil, Shearlines, Bending machines) at their Brisbane yard with an immediate start available.

What You Will Be Doing:

The successful applicants will be working a minimum of 8 hours, Monday to Friday, with day and afternoon shift available. You will be conducting pre-start checks on machines, Safe operation of automatic high-speed machines such as off coil machines, automatic shearlines and various bending machines, using RF scanners and pick packing product. This will be an ongoing position so you must be able to commit to a long-term role.

What You Will Need:

• High Risk Work Licence - Forklift (Gantry ticket highly desirable, but not essential)

• Machine Operation experience is essential, people with minimal experience are welcome to apply.

• Follows company policies and procedures

• Complies, understands, and follows WH&S obligations in the workplace.

• Current resume with 2x work related referees.

• Available to commence immediately.

• A strong work ethic
