WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Are you seeking an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? BHP Central Warehouse is currently looking for dedicated Warehouse Operators to join our team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations.

• Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to standard operating procedures.

• Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals and targets.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred not guaranteed.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
