About the client

Our client are a wholesaler and distributor of stationery and office products to a wide variety of customers including newsagents, commercial resellers and LPO's.

About the Role

WorkPac are seeking a storeperson responsible for administering the SA Inwards operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Operations Supervisor in warehousing and logistics processes

Ensure the accurate and timely receipting and replenishment

Quality Assurance on the receipting and control of stock.

Ensure system and inventory quality and integrity. Administer company Stocktake.

Forklift checklists are maintained and resolved.

Training backup-up staff on product knowledge, use of computers and procedures.

Assist relevant staff in safe & correct techniques and use of related equipment.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated competency with operations & warehousing processes and computer systems.

Forklift Ticket

Good written & verbal communications skills. Eye for detail.

Good time management skills & work ethic.

Be a great team player & be prepared to assist other team members as required.

Be able to multi-task and work well with competing priorities.

Demonstrated skill in problem solving.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
