About the Role
This role will see your accountable for the improvement and governance of the Safety and Health Management System and associated training and information systems. you will be responsible for providing support to the safety systems on site that govern safe work practices and risk control processes. You will drive processes and liaise with all departments to plan for and coordinate activities across the site. You will support the team to deliver measurable outcomes as part of a continuous improvement process, to bridge any identified gaps, facilitate change and embed new systems and tools. This role is ideal for a candidate who has a strong administrative background and is seeking the next step in their mining career. In this role, you will be based out of Goonyella working Monday to Friday.
